One of the satisfaction of my work, successful appeal for my client to waive an exclusion when her health condition improved.

Background story :
Client signed up a medical plan with a low limit many years ago, and wanted to get a better medical plan few years back, but an exclusion was imposed due to her health condition, so it was advisable to hold both medical plans, until recently her report is favourable and I helped her to appeal to waive the exclusion. So now client said want to treat me a meal because I helped her to save 5k a year since don’t need the older plan anymore, can I request wagyu beef? 😬

An unprotected Will is as good as no Will at all! When the original Will cannot be found, the law shall presumes that the Testator has never written such Will.

Also, a Will could be revoked if it is damaged or destroyed because it was carelessly kept.
