Working with 2 customers currently with different profile:

Customer1: Near retirement and needs strategy and advice on financial as these will be the last few crucial years before the “taps” are off.

Customer2: Mid 30s. Starting tired with rat race and thinking whats next.

Coincidentally today, overheard 2 people next table complaining about work and insufficient money. When I look over they are well dress and in fact looks “above average”.

Friends. If you are young pls start thinking of what you want to achieve financially. You need to prioritise what you want to achieve financially. Chasing after materials things just to impress doesn’t work. Keep doing the same thing and expecting different result doesn’t work either. You will need to be weird to achieve your dreams

Especially if you are young, the largest asset you have is time. Don’t let it pass and by the time you realised, you are near retiring and you have a lot to catch-up.

I like this quote “IF YOU LIVE LIKE NO ONE ELSE, LATER YOU CAN LIVE LIKE NO ONE ELSE”.

Don’t wait till near retirement then you start thinking. Things will be very different then.

Importance of having the right mindset. The problem is not necessarily due to NOT enough but rather your priorities and how it’s being manage.

Had a good weekend. Able to bring good news to a client telling him he can retire in 3-5 years.

The difference is he spend a lot of his $$ buying things that can help him retire early. Especially if you are YOUNG, TIME is on your side and start buying what matters. Flashy things will not help you to retire early for sure 🙂
