Shee Laine is the Founder of Claye Ventures and OSL & Co with the passion to serve and improve Malaysian startups and SMEs when it comes to finance. She is a Chartered Accountant certified by CPA Australia and is registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Before this, she builds her career as a Chartered Accountant in a listed multi-national conglomerate, heading the preparation of group financial reports, and assisting the Board of Directors' Audit Committee in ensuring report compliance.

YL co-founded Claye Ventures with Shee Laine. He is an experienced corporate strategist with a wide exposure to business development, commercial arrangements & negotiations, and strategic planning throughout his career in FORTUNE500 and international public companies.

He is passionate to help Malaysian startups and SME perform better, leveraging on his ability to problem-solve and connecting the dots between numbers & business strategy.
