1. Debt Ratio – Is your Debt Service Ratio (DSR) within a reasonable range? Generally, it’s recommended to stay below 40%-50%.

2. Savings & Investments – Besides covering daily expenses, can you regularly save at least 20% of your income for savings or investments?

3. Emergency Fund – Do you have at least 3-6 months’ worth of living expenses saved for unexpected situations like job loss or emergencies?

4. Quality of Life – Is your income sufficient to support your lifestyle without causing excessive financial stress?
Financial Freedom – Can you meet your basic needs while still affording entertainment, travel, education, and other discretionary expenses?

Having been in this industry for five years, I have encountered all kinds of clients and witnessed many of them rise from their lowest points to start anew.

Some are burdened by their parents' illnesses, while others struggle because their partners have accumulated debts.

Some, due to financial mismanagement in the past, joined AKPK and can no longer qualify for loans. Others urgently need funds for their children's university education, and some, after experiencing business failures, are eager to try again. Regardless of their struggles, I deeply empathize with their hardships. 😔

Each time I meet a client facing difficulties, my heart aches for them. I can’t help but wonder—why do such hardworking and determined individuals have to endure so much hardship? And when I am unable to help them, I find myself apologizing over and over again, feeling powerless for not being able to provide the support they desperately need.🥺

For the past five years, I have carried one mission—to help clients gain a second chance in life. Every time I successfully assist someone in overcoming their challenges, I feel a deep sense of joy. I always remind them:
