In a nutshell, I was commenting on the recent sale of his stake of 45% for RM30mil. This is what we call EXIT STRATEGY.

While still maintaining 20% stake in the company, Chef Wan now can take a back seat and relax, let other people run the business, and enjoy his stream of income, endlessly.

Banyak sangat orang kept saying i had sold out my share of my Company padahal i am still maintaining my 20% share with a monthly income of Royalty to sustain my lifestyles for the rest of my life. What this expert say is true and correct lah. its a smart move cash in semasa hidup saya pun. Afterall i have built that brand for 37 years of my TV career as a Celebrity chef. Nak ambil share banyak 2 pun bila saya meninggal esok i cant enjoy the harta pun yang senang ada lah anak2 saya. Semasa hidup dah pencen ini mcm2 bills each month nak bayar pun. So its better orang putih kata to ride on my passive income so to speak. Despite what i had just shared i am still working and involve in the daily operation from time to time too by over seeing the quality of my food and new recipes while over seeing my restaurant and cafe kitchen still. Bila baca comment2 negative such as " Kita boycott la jgn makan restaurant dia sebab he no longer own the business and partner dia Cina" Apa tu? Saya sekolah dahulu belajar economy dan business mau pun accountancy and work in the bank for many years. I am not that stupid of a chef not to understand how i want to structure my business for my advantages and future. I have many friends who are successful lawyers and top corporate friends as well. Mereka jenis ini tak fikir ke as though i dont seek professional advice to structure my Company? Letih p**a saya nak menjawab tak sudah2 yang spread all this lies when i am trying to tell the truth. What is wrong with orang kita ni pun saya tak faham. We all work so hard to built this Co dari bawah from O to nothing. Satu loan bank pun kita tak ambil semua expansion outlets kita is base on our accumulating net profit that turned into our Assets today. Faham ke? Jutaan terima kasih helping to explain to them the honest truth.❤️
