We are looking for a motivated 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with up to two years of experience who wants to grow in software development, CRM, ERP systems and business applications.

The selected candidate will support the development, testing and maintenance of software applications, assist with CRM and ERP implementation, help with data migration, system testing, reports, dashboards and provide technical support to users across the Group.

The ideal candidate should have:
• A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C #, Java, Python, PHP or JavaScript
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs and system integration
• A willingness to learn, good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Meet Westley Bazile, Assistant Manager – Projects at Colbert Properties.

Westley joined the team in October 2025, bringing over 15 years of experience across the construction and real estate development sector. His background covers architectural design, project coordination, operations leadership, syndic management, luxury residential developments, hotel renovations and industrial projects.

With an MBA, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management and a strong technical foundation in architecture, Westley combines strategic thinking with hands-on project expertise. At Colbert Properties, he oversees the development pipeline of apartment and co-ownership projects, ensuring that planning, quality standards, timelines and stakeholder communication are managed with precision and professionalism.

His leadership, attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement make him a valuable member of our team.

Meet Dalila Benali Khoudja, Sales Executive at Colbert Properties.

Dalila brings strong sales experience from France, where she led a sales team and developed solid expertise in client relationship management, business development and commercial coordination.

Her move to Mauritius opened a new chapter, allowing her to apply her experience to the local and international real estate market.

At Colbert Properties, Dalila supports investors and buyers with professionalism, attention to detail and a client-focused approach. Her positive attitude, sales mindset and commitment to service make her a valuable member of our team.

Yash joined the team in February 2025 and brings with him a strong academic background in accounting and finance. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Curtin Mauritius and is currently pursuing his ACCA studies, further strengthening his expertise in the field.
