Alhamdulillah , managed to attend the long awaited Conference , always been great to attend the physical conference, but thank God it was online this time (as I got down with fever) and managed to tuned in an important realm of Shariah Wealth Management .. with the magnificent speaker who speaks on the current outlook of the market. Update on the advancement of Islamic financial world such as investment issue around the world included cryptocurrencies,fintech & etc ,, there are challenges and opportunities coming on the way but knowing how we could take the opportunity is a bless.

Glad to see so many familiar faces being the speakers for the conference and attending the conference.

Few time I’ve met the Saturna Senior Investment Analyst , Mr Mustaffa Aydemir, glad to see my teacher from MFPC , Mr Anwar Shuib, and TSI Principal Tn Alwi Adam , where TSI Wealth Planner as a platinum sponsor for this Conference. Their wisdom shared was lit!

Apart of offering investment products from multiple fund houses , I also advise my client’s on protections.

One of my client paid RM900/month for her protection which is more than 10% of her income .. she is having a tight on finance after purchase a car and home ( addition to her commitment) she asked my help and I help her to review her takaful and offer her something that suits her takaful needs ( cash flow analysis & takaful analysis made) .

After all the analysis done,I offer her greater benefit with more a suitable price RM 190 medical card with RM 1.12 million coverage, renewable yearly and having hospital income benefit ,additional to critical illness benefit.

And life Takaful RM 500,000
For RM 110

☑️ 500k natural death
☑️ 500k (add) TPD
☑️ RM 1mill death due to accident
☑️ 10% increment for every 10 years
☑️ Pay for only 15 years
☑️ Cover until 60 y/o,70y/o
☑️ the end with cash value

I also managed to help her to improve her cash flow of the balance RM 600 monthly. Thus opened unit trust account . From here she managed to start to save some for future investment and keep her for her used.

She is one of my good client as she also have good saving in Tabung Haji and ASB.

I am not selling any product when I’m dealing with my client ,but I help them to solve their problem and offer an added value to their life.. may I be able to continue help my beloved clients. 🤲🏻🙏🏻 in shaa Allah.

My 2023 has been beautiful as I received an invitation to meet Tya and Asyraf in person. Usually i just see them on the social media. This session was great ! It was an enclosed session 'sembang bisness' at their home sweet 🏠

Great opportunity of meeting all of them,great vibes ladies , lifting up each other to generate income and at the same time staying great and healthy. Seeing the 💎 as I get into the circle and explore the beauty . There are from multiple background. Banks, business, housewife and etc.

I have been consuming since 2021 ( but just keep it to myself ) and now is the time for me to spread the goodness and the benefit to others.. helping other ladies to gain the benefit of jamu.

Last night session was unique and magnificent as provide the bonus coaching session for Investment Coaching Group 2022 Participants

Next day , tagged along ICG 2022 participants to attend an arranged session at Phillip to meet with the Head of HOD Corporate Institutional Business (CIB) to get some insight on the current update & performance on corporate investment.

It's among the best option that we could offer to the corporate client and individual to help them to grow their fund safely , having their capital protected, and the most important high liquidity (no locking period )
