🔹 Accountant – Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience working as an Accountant
CPA (Intermediate Level)
* Added advantage: prior experience working in an audit firm
* Good understanding of basic accounting principles
* Experience in preparing management accounts and financial statements
* Knowledge of tax compliance (PAYE, VAT, Withholding Tax)
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel
* Ability to maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting schedules
* Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism
* Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
* Experience with KRA audits and statutory filings
🔹 Senior Auditor – Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in an audit firm.
* CPA (Advanced Level)
* Proven experience in planning, executing, and finalizing audit engagements
* Ability to supervise and review junior auditors’ work
* Experience in risk assessment, internal controls evaluation, and compliance audits
* Good understanding of Kenyan tax laws (Income Tax, VAT, PAYE)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Excellent analytical, report-writing, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple clients and tight statutory deadlines
* High level of integrity, independence, and professional judgment
* Experience with KRA audits and statutory filings

✔ 1–4 years’ experience in an audit firm
✔ Conversant with statutory returns, including:
• VAT
• PAYE
• NSSF
