Comparison of Old Tax Regime and New Tax Regime that was announced today by Honourable FM, we can clearly see that if we are having Housing Loan and Deductions under Chapter VI, Old Tax Regime is more beneficial, however if not the new tax regime will be a preferred option.

The government clearly wants to popularize New Tax Regime and that's why it was also announced that the New Tax Regime shall be the default tax regime.
