The GTech community came together in Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram to celebrate Onam with the spirit of togetherness, culture, and tradition.

Bringing together members of Kerala’s IT fraternity, the Onam Sadya offered an opportunity to step away from our usual routines, share a meal, reconnect, and celebrate the traditions that bring us closer. The warmth, conversations, and shared moments made both gatherings truly memorable.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and made these celebrations special. It was wonderful to see our community come together beyond work, strengthening the connections that make GTech what it is.

Remembering P. H. Kurian, IAS 💐

GTech joins the wider Kerala community in remembering P. H. Kurian, IAS, whose vision, courage and decisive leadership left a lasting mark across technology, innovation, industry and public life.

His contributions helped shape important chapters in Kerala’s growth from supporting the IT industry and nurturing the foundations of the startup ecosystem to championing ideas that enabled innovation and progress. His impact also extended far beyond the State, with landmark decisions that reflected his conviction to place the larger public good at the heart of progress.

His journey reminds us that meaningful change often begins with the courage to think beyond convention and the determination to act when it matters.

We remember his legacy with deep respect and gratitude. His contributions will continue to inspire Kerala’s journey forward.

Working Together to Drive Kerala’s IT Industry Forward

The newly elected GTech leadership had the privilege of meeting with Susanth Kurunthil, CEO of Infopark, Kochi, for a discussion on the evolving IT landscape in Kerala and the opportunities ahead.

Jijo John, Chairman of Calpine Group and Chairman of GTech, along with Rony Sebastian, CEO of Softnotions Technologies Private Limited and Secretary of GTech, represented the newly elected leadership during the meeting.

The discussion focused on how GTech and Infopark can work together, supporting each other and building stronger collaboration to further strengthen Kerala’s IT industry.

With a shared vision for the growth of the ecosystem, this marks the beginning of continued conversations and collaboration towards taking Kerala’s technology industry forward.

Standing Together, Where It Matters Most

GTech's CSR Team came together to take support directly to families affected by the floods, with 710 relief kits distributed to ensure assistance reached those who needed it most.

What began as a collective call to help became a meaningful effort on the ground, bringing together people and organisations with a shared commitment to stand by those facing a difficult time.

Our sincere appreciation to the GTech member companies who stepped forward and made this initiative possible. Your support turned the willingness to help into meaningful assistance for families in need.

We also extend our gratitude to Thiruvalla MLA Adv Varghese Mammen MLA for his presence and support during the distribution, and to YMCA Thiruvalla for their support and assistance in making the initiative possible.
