દરેક મિત્રો ને જણાવવાનું કે જે લોકો GST ના સતત ત્રણ મહિના થી રીટર્ન ફાઈલ નથી કરી રહયા તે મિત્રો એ પોતાના બાકી રહેલા તમામ GST રીટર્ન સમય-સર ફાઈલ કરી દેવા. જો તમે GST રીટર્ન ફાઈલ નહિ કરો તો સરકાર ના નિયમો મુજબ GST અઘિકારી તમારી રૂબરૂ મુલાકાત લય તમારા પર કાયદાકીય કાર્યવાહી કરી શકે છે. અને તમારા પર મોટી પેનાલ્ટી લગાવવામાં આવશે.

Press Release on CBIC website extending date of Annual return and GST audit

Extension of due date for filing FORM GSTR-9, FORM GSTR-9A and FORM GSTR-9C FORM GSTR-9 and FORM GSTR-9A have been notified vide
notification No. 39/2018-Central Tax, dated 04.09.2018 while FORM GSTR-9C has been notified vide notification no. 49/2018-Central Tax, dated 13.09.2018 as part of the CGST Rules.

2. The competent authority has decided to extend the due date for filing FORM GSTR-9, FORM GSTR-9A and FORM GSTR-9C till 31st March, 2019.

The requisite FORMs shall be made available on the GST common portal shortly.
Relevant order is being issued.

Extension of the due date for filing of returns in FORM GSTR-9, 9A and 9C for the part of the Financial Year July 2017 to March 2018 from 31st December 2018 to 31st March 2019 approved by the GIC and the Hon'le FM.
