Admissions are open to Boys & Girls.
COURSE COMPLETION AND AWARD: Candidates selected for the above courses will be awarded the course certificate only if he / she completes the course
in stipulated time (Maximum allowable duration is 1.5 times of the course duration). Otherwise candidate will not be awarded the course certificate.
PLACEMENT: IGTR arranges campus interviews.
INTERNSHIP: On successful completion of the course, the Trainees may have to undergo One Year Internship, if required at the discretion of the General
Manager, IGTR, Aurangabad.
MODE OF SELECTION: Selection will be made through Entrance Examination (Online / Offline Mode) to be conducted at Aurangabad. The list of successful
candidates of Entrance Examination in the order of merit, will be declared on website (www.igtr-aur.org) and displayed at IGTR Notice Board on scheduled date
as mentioned. The candidate, who meets the eligibility criteria of Educational Qualification - Percentage of Marks (aggregate of all subjects) in SSC
Examination, Age Limit and Caste Certificate (for Reserve Categories) as mentioned above shall be given admission as per institute norms. Candidates,
who have appeared for 10th / SSC examination 2024 may also register for Entrance Examination, however his/her admission to
the course is subject to meeting eligibility criteria as mentioned above at the time of admission.
In case of seats for the course of “Certificate Course in Machinist (Tool Room)” falls vacant, then the vacant seats will be filled up from the candidates who has
appeared for the other two courses i.e. “Advance Diploma in Tool & Die Making” and “Diploma in Mechatronics” as per merit.
HOW TO APPLY: Candidate willing to register for any of the course mentioned above will have to register his / her candidature through the On-line Registration
process through the link available on the web site www.igtr-aur.org The application in the prescribed proforma should be filled online. The candidate has to
make the payment for registration to Entrance Examination through the link provided in the Registration Process. The Registration Fee of Rs.800/- (Rs.400/- in
case of SC/ST candidates) plus applicable taxes is to be paid by individual candidate for a single course. Candidates are given choice to register for multiple
courses. Candidates willing to register for more than one course will have to make additional payment for each course as applicable. Registration Fee is nonrefundable.
Candidates will be allowed to appear for Entrance Examination after successful submission of online registration.
Commencement of Online Registration: 27th May 2024 (17.00 Hours Onwards)
Last date for Online Registration: 07th July 2024
Entrance Examination: 14th July 2024
Result of Entrance Examination: 15th July 2024
Admission / Counselling Schedule: 16th July 2024 onwards
