All the reassessment notices issued u/s 148 beyond 1.4.2021 will now be deemed to be notices u/s 148A.
This will reverse all high court rulling in the related cases and assessee will be compelled to respond to the deemed notice u/s 148A and may also face related assessment or reassessment u/s 148.
