Key Mandatory Compliances

- 10+ Employees: ESI & POSH compliance mandatory

- 20+ Employees: PF mandatory

- Factories Act:
• 20 employees (with power)
• 40 employees (without power)

- Contract Labour: Applicable if 50+ contract workers are engaged

- Maharashtra Professional Tax: Mandatory for employers and employees (as per salary slabs for employees)

Labour officers may inspect your establishment.
