Today Hearing Update:

Hearing over . It was a good long hearing . Business model was explained in detail . The court has listed the matter for two weeks from today for final order and meanwhile company has to file written affidavit . The court advised the EOW to file it's Chrgesheet urgently as such a long delay would make it seem as if the EOW is hand in glove with the company . Rest details Awaited

Dear Panelist,

Further to our last update on the ex*****on of the exit policy. we wish to inform our SpeakAsia community that we have finished analysing the results of the first test batch of payouts that were sent.

We have identified certain roadblocks such as multiple claimants to the same panelist id or bank details not matching with the ones submitted at the time of applying for the exit policy, because of which not everyone got the remittance in their accounts.

We are at this moment addressing those issues and hope to have a resolution to them by the end of this month. Once we have the resolutions in place we will then send out a second batch of test payouts. On successful completion of this second batch we will commence the payout as per the exit policy.

We understand that there are delays in the process. One of the main contributor to this delay is the fact that we have had to do all the transactions and checking manually as our old automated systems are still under the custody of EOW Mumbai Police. We appeal to all the SpeakAsians to remain patient and bear with us as we work feverishly towards attaining our goals.

...Welcome to Speak Asia Marketing... In continuation to our exit policy notification dated 1st August 2011, please find below the terms and conditions for awaiting of the exit policy option.

Dear SpeakAsians,

As per the recent Order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the mediation proceedings have come to an end. However, SpeakAsia continues to stand by its commitment for releasing the payment to its panelists. It is therefore putting in motion the ex*****on of its exit policy and as an initial step, SpeakAsia will be executing the payouts for a test batch of panelists.

This exercise should take a couple of weeks as confirmation e-mails would be sent first to those panelists and then the amounts would be transferred upon receipt of confirmation. After successful ex*****on of the test batch, we will initiate the rest of the payout based on the data available with us as per the exit option. Should we face any difficulties in executing the payouts, we will then approach the concerned authorities to seek remedial solutions. We will also keep all of you posted on the developments as it happens.

We thank you for the patience shown till date and request you to kindly bear with us as we execute this new effort of ours.

Long awaited good news have arrived that writ 3611 have been disposed off from the HIGH COURT however EOW wanting to do the investigation will continue here...Now considering the case it can be referred to trial court with Vijaywada as the chargesheet was submitted there by cb-cid...

The biggest news is RBI have given a positive reply in favor of our company and through this written reply things are favorable in our company side once again...

The case which was disposed today that is writ 3611 from high court can be clubbed with vijaywada case in Trial which shall not hamper the proceedings of the company..

Clarification for the stay on investigation

There is no doubt that eow is the main reason for the Delay which is happening till now...They just want to stretch things and have crossed all their limits and boundations with the name of their so called investigation...

The Apex court asked eow to clarify that where in the order it is mentioned that permission for investigation has been granted which eow was claiming in high court again and again with their general solicitor Darius Khambatt who came on behalf of eow...

Today (24-August-2012) the main matter which we call as Non-miscellaneous day was not scheduled for hearing however the only application that was heard was AISPA to get the clarification for the stay on investigation...

A notice has been issued to Eow...they asked for 1 month to file their charge-sheet for which their request was refused by Hon SC...and were told to do before 19th September and were also asked to give clarification about "where it is mentioned that permission was granted by SC for their investigation"

Once again EOW has been proved false in SC which clearly depicts the dignity and respect of a Govt. Agency in India...All they are doing is just creating embarrassment for themselves which the time will become a curse for them and 20 lakh families curse will be on these corrupted and non-cooperating agency who played with emotions and feeling of 20 lakh families in India

Our Company has already submitted the written affidavit in SC that they are ready for disbursement of the payment however due to slow system and non-cooperation by govt authorities and system the time was delayed...

Because of Speakasiaonline many new rules and guidelines have come for MLM and Direct Selling Companies ...because of Speakasia other companies will get a chance to run their business legally in India which shall protect
the consumer and innocent people who gets cheated by fraud companies in the market.

It is very well seen that we all have suffered and took the pain which has been given by our so called slow and corrupt system...there is no doubt that Speak-Asia is coming back and once we get the green signal from RBI we shall see the sun rising and hopefully will cherish all..

Writ 383 matter is for exit+restart and mirror copy which is now expected to happen on 19th September and non miscellaneous day ... Seeking the clarification from SC writ 3611 will become more powerful and hopefully we shall get something good to hear on the next hearing of writ 3611...

AP matter in SC is almost ended as they have nothing to prove or to show anything about the company

5 weeks left for RBI to give their outcome on payments and banking transactions ...New circular likely to be issued by them in coming weeks...

Please do not pay any heed to any news channel which is our so called FAKE and BASELESS Indian Media...all they know is to bark without any sense and knowledge...Let us not get carried by those fake news , blogs and articles and
just believe on the truth which is our Indian judiciary and our company...

And with the restart of our company we shall Fight back which will be just our personal interest or what we can call as a REVENGE...we all people should stay united and wait for the day approaching with full faith and confidence...
