As per the recent Order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the mediation proceedings have come to an end. However, SpeakAsia continues to stand by its commitment for releasing the payment to its panelists. It is therefore putting in motion the ex*****on of its exit policy and as an initial step, SpeakAsia will be executing the payouts for a test batch of panelists.

This exercise should take a couple of weeks as confirmation e-mails would be sent first to those panelists and then the amounts would be transferred upon receipt of confirmation. After successful ex*****on of the test batch, we will initiate the rest of the payout based on the data available with us as per the exit option. Should we face any difficulties in executing the payouts, we will then approach the concerned authorities to seek remedial solutions. We will also keep all of you posted on the developments as it happens.

Exit option is a legal process. Those who will take exit :-

*Those who have not earned nothing or the amount equal to subscription amount can adopt exit.

*SpeakAsia will have to submitt their complete data to the Concerned Authorities/Department after proper verification.

*It will completely depend on judiciary that when & how they will implement this logical & legal procedure.

*All benefit in the shape of RPs will be deducted from the direct sponcer/upliner
like direct sponcer commission, binary income and royalty.

*After exit if anyone will want to rejoin, the earlier same placement can not be given.

*Registration charges are non-refundable.

SpeakAsia want to pay to all their panelists not only to those who are interseted in exit policy.

Many unauthenticated news and rumours are again floating today...The 50cr which Speakasia had deposited to SC registrar has been kept with them for 91 days...This means that this amount will be with them till 91 days and the interest shall be given to SAOL for 91 days which is great and positive news for our company ...

Note:Today after calculating the complete pending tax CBDT told SAOL to deposit approx 115cr as pending tax liability in SC and SAOL agreed upon it...To deposit the amount CBDT needs to give an affidavit to SC within 14 days time and SAOL will deposit as soon as the Affidavit comes to SC registrar and will deposit the said amount...Nothing to worry here as all these are legal formalities which are taking place for Business Restart and not for Payments....

Regarding Payments today there was a meeting in New Delhi and as everyone knows it was a closed door meeting the discussion happened regarding the Exit Option...Payouts...and even restart of the business at the earliest...The meeting update is again positive and yet to come...The meeting took place between company's Management and Lahoti ji and some respected petitioners...Till now i did not get any updates regarding the meeting...will share with all once i get the confirmation

Please maintain patience till then and regarding the website we are expecting a Surprise that is yet to come...Delay is happening regarding the website as the database of all exit people and pop-up are going on for updation in the website...

Dear Friends , i like to brief out the order of today that is uploaded in supreme court website , points are as follows

1 Court instructed and directed to respondent no 6 (CBTD -Central Board of Direct
Taxes ) to provide the data to Hon RC Lahoti Ji By 11/02/2012 On basis of that data
from the concern department how much amount in fact is due and payable to the
petitioners and other authorities.

2 Court direct the concerned respondents (Speak Asia Online Pte Ltd ) to deposit the
amount indicated by the learned Mediator with the Secretary General of the
Supreme Court within two weeks of the order of the learned Mediator.

3. All the parties would be at liberty (Free ) to participate in the proceedings before
the learned Mediator.

As per my view normally on SC website brief order have been uploaded , fully detail Order will be available through the concern wings in SC , Copy of which can be provided by following certain terms & conditions.

Friends in all legal procedures and in government agencies matter , lot of paper formalities so lets be patient , win is with us , but celebration will be done when payout and business restart one by one , then that will be the true come back of our company SAOL.
