In 2008, Nifty was around 3,000 and many investors waited for certainty before investing.

But markets rarely give you certainty when opportunities are available.

Today, Nifty is around 23,000.

The lesson? Don’t let short-term uncertainty distract you from your long-term goals.

Zoom out. Think 20 years, not 1.

Nifty 50 has corrected by 13% in last 2 years.

The hardest part of investing is staying invested when uncertainty makes you question your decision.

After a correction, the natural thought is:

“What if it falls another 5%?”

That possibility exists.

But today’s uncertainty looks insignificant when you look back 10 or 20 years from now.

The goal isn’t to perfectly predict the bottom.

If you have a long investment horizon and the money isn’t needed in the near term, consider staggering your lumpsum investment rather than waiting indefinitely for the “perfect” entry point.

Because in equity investing, uncertainty is simply the price you pay for participating in long-term growth.

Save this for the next time a market correction makes you hesitate.

And share it with someone sitting on cash waiting for “the right time.”

Corporate employees can effectively get a ~40% discount on the cost of a car?

No, the car dealer isn't giving you a discount.

You can get this benefit if your company offers a car lease policy.

The tax treatment of company car lease policy can make a significant difference especially if you're in a higher tax bracket.

In our illustration, the tax benefit works out to around ₹3.6 lakh per year.

Over a 4-year period, that can make a huge difference to the effective cost of the car.

But here's the catch 👇

Not every company offers this benefit, and the actual tax savings depend on your salary structure, tax regime, employer policy and the way the lease is structured.

Want to see the exact ₹20 lakh car calculation?

Comment “LEASE” and I'll share the detailed breakdown.

Illustration for educational purposes only. Actual tax treatment and savings will vary based on individual circumstances, employer policy and applicable tax rules.

₹100 CRORE ISN’T ONLY FOR THE ULTRA-RICH.

You have to think of achieving 100 Crores before you actually do it.

You choose how to you want to achieve the ₹100 Crores.

Start with just ₹37,000/month and increase your SIP by 15% every year.

Or start with ₹83,500/month and increase it by just 5% every year.

Under this illustration, assuming 12% annual mutual fund returns, the SIP runs for 20 years and builds a corpus of approximately ₹10.37 Cr.

Then comes the important part.

You stop the SIP.
You don't stop the compounding.

If that ₹10.37 Cr remains invested for another 20 years at the same assumed return, it can potentially grow to around ₹100 Cr.

SIP over 20 years -> 10.37 Cr -> Stay invested for another 20 years-> 100 Cr

This isn't a promise or a prediction.
It's an illustration of what time + increasing investments + staying invested can potentially achieve.

The real wealth-building strategy isn't necessarily starting with a massive SIP.

It's building a SIP that can grow with your income.

Which step-up would you choose — 5%, 8%, 10%, 12% or 15%?

Comment “100 Cr” for the detailed illustration.

Your child can be just ONE WEEK old and already have a Mutual Fund account.

You can do this through banks or a Mutual Fund Distributor.

Documents you need:

1) Child’s birth certificate

2) Guardian’s KYC

That’s it.

When your child turns 18 the investments along with its related taxation moves to them along with their own exemptions limits.

Here’s why you should open the minor mutual fund account

1. When you invest in your child’s name you put a label on that money saying graduation fees or marriage. You are not going to withdraw that money in case of emergency.

2. Invest for their graduation and avail the child’s own exemption limits for each year of graduation funded.

3. Child gets to 1st hand see the power of compounding. It’s not just talk but practical experience. That’s priceless.

Comment “CHILD” and I’ll help you understand how to set up investments for your child.

The real power of an asset isn’t just its value.

It’s the cash flow it can create and what you do with that cash flow.

Instead of letting rental income disappear into lifestyle expenses, think about how it could help build your next asset.

Because wealth creation isn’t always about finding the next investment.

Sometimes, it’s about getting more from what you already own.

₹10,000/month → ₹4.45 crore after 20 years? 👀

Sounds incredible.

But before you get impressed by an insurance ad, read the fine print.

The return assumption behind this illustration is close to 24% p.a. based on a cherry-picked period.

The lesson isn’t that ULIPs can’t create wealth.

It’s that the assumptions used to sell them can matter more than the headline number.

📌 Always ask:
• What return is being assumed?
• What period was used?
• Is that return realistic over 15–20 years?
• What does the fine print actually say?

A big number in an ad is not a return guarantee.

Do you think advertisements like this should be allowed?
