Auditor should avoid to use words "as valued and certified by the management" for inventory in his report:
As per Guidance on Inventories Audit, use of words "as valued and certified by the management" in the Auditor's Report may result in belief that the auditor has relied on the valuation and certification of management without performing any other audit procedure to verify valuation and existence of inventories. So, such words indicate existence of disclaimer for inventories.
Therefore, an auditor should avoid usage of words "as valued and certified by the management" in the Auditor's Report.
