Fredy M Contractor & Co is the practicing Chartered Accountancy Firm based at Ahmedabad. We are into practice for Accounting, Internal audit, Statutory Audit, GST Audit, Tax Audit, Company Law, Income Tax, GST and TDS.

Number of Positions

Audit Associate - 01 Position
Internal Audit Assistant - 02 Position
Audit/Account Assistant (Junior) - 02 Position

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Audit Associate - 01, Internal Audit Assistant - 02, Audit Assistant (junior) - 02 at Fredy M Contractor & Co located in Science City Area of Ahmedabad.

Audit Associates:
The Audit Associate will be responsible for preparation, finalization and making analysis of financial statements, preparing audit reports, utilizing analytical skills, conducting financial audits, documentation of audit files, helping in system audits and working within the finance department of the client. He shall be able to handle the team to make sure timely compliance and completion of audit in time.

Internal Audit Associates:
The Internal Audit Associates shall be responsible for internal audit for a manufacturing company. The candidate shall have to work onsite at the client place. The candidate must be able to conduct system audit and shall have to be well versed with the internal control systems of any industry. The candidate shall be responsible for internal audit together with integration and implementation of the internal control for the client.

Audit/Account Assistant (Junior):
The Audit Assistant will be responsible for working under the Audit, shall be able to conduct routine audits, vouching, stock verification, preparation of Books of Accounts, and assist the Audit Associate in various task. He must be a fast learner and shall enhance his skill to grow in the Firm.

Qualifications
Audit Associates:
Financial Statements and Audit Reporting skills
Cash Flow statement Analytical skills
Financial Audits and Finance knowledge
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Internal Audit Associates:
Financial Statements and Audit Reports skills
Analytical Skills
Cash Flow statement Analytical skills
Financial Audits and Finance knowledge
Knowledge of Internal Control System with implementation
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Client co ordination and reporting at required intervals.

Audit Assistant (Junior):
Accounting skills
TDS Compliance Knowledge including Calculation and Return compliances
GST Compliance Knowledge including Calculation and Return compliances
Recording entries as per TDS, GST and various other compliance Returns filed
Bank Reconciliation Statement
Shall be able to prepare reports as required by the management.

Experience:
The Audit Associate shall have a minimum 5 year experience in Accountancy and Audit and shall be able to independently plan and execute audit program. The candidate shall be able to take care of various statutory compliance required by various laws. The Candidate must be in a position to handle the team during the audit procedures at the client place.

The Internal Audit Associate shall have a minimum experience of 5 years in Internal Audit, implementation of internal control, documentation implementation in the company. The candidate shall help in integration of stock system with account of the company. The candidate must be able to handle the requisition of the client to achieve the internal audit and strengthening of the internal control system.

The Audit Assistant (junior) shall have a minimum 3 year experience in Accountancy and routine audit. The Candidate must be well versed with GST, TDS, Income Tax calculations and compliances.

Office Timings:
Our office timings are 10:00 am to 7:00 PM. The candidates are required to strictly adhere to the timings and must report at office or client place before the reporting time.

Other Requisites:
The candidates shall be willing to travel to various audit places within and outside Ahmedabad. All conveyance, lodging and boarding expenses shall be reimbursed for travel outside Ahmedabad.
