MCA has come out with the COMPANY FRESH START SCHEME-2020 (CFSS-2020) which gives the very Big opportunities for DEFAULTING COMPANIES as well as DIRECTORS whose DIN are de-activated.

BENEFITS FOR DEFAULTING COMPANIES :

1. DEFAULTING COMPANIES are allowed to file their all pending Returns without any Additional Fees during the Scheme period. As per scheme companies have to pay ONLY NORMAL FEES of the forms WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL FEES. This Scheme is available for total 76 forms (which covers nearly all forms).

2. Companies whose status on MCA is ‘ACTIVE non-compliant’ due to non-filing of Active Company Tagging Identities and Verification (ACTIVE) eform are encouraged to become compliant once again by filing Form ACTIVE during the Scheme period WITHOUT ANY FILING FEE of INR 10000/-.

3. CFSS-2020 also grant immunity for any prosecution or proceeding against the company for imposing any penalty on account of delay in filing documents.

BENEFITS FOR DIRECTORS WHOSE DIN ARE DE-ACTIVATED :

1. The Directors whose DIN are ‘Deactivated’ due to non-filing of DIR-3KYC/DIR-3 KYC-Web are encouraged to become compliant once again and file DIR-3KYC/DIR-3KYC-Web during the Scheme WITHOUT ANY FILING FEE of INR 5000/-.

The duration of the scheme is from 1st April, 2020 to 30th September, 2020.
