PROFILE OF COUNCIL MEMBERS:

The Honorable Justice Prof. Date-Bah, Judge of the Supreme Court of Ghana and formerly Special Adviser (Legal), Commonwealth Secretariat (London) and Chairman of the Council; Mr. Adu Anane Antwi a Chartered Accountant and Director General of the Securities and Exchange commission; Dr. Kwaku Addeah, Chief Executive of the Financial Law Institute and Former Director of the Legal Department of the Bank of Ghana and Mr. Asante, President of the Institute, former Director, United Nations Centre on Transnational Corporations (UNCTC) (New York) and Former solicitor-General of Ghana.
