Petition: The Welsh Government should urgently review the 182 day threshold on Welsh holiday accommodation The Senedd recently raised the occupancy threshold from 70 days to 182 to qualify for small business rates relief. This is very difficult to achieve particularly in inland areas. Tourism is being adversely affected and businesses are shutting down at a worrying rate.
