Obvious mistake. Greed and lack of planning.

I seem to get an idea of where the markets are going and then back up that idea with what I see instead of reading the new data I am receiving to change my analysis.

First trade. EU Short. It's tight this morning. Looking at a long in New York session.
I'm leaving GU alone this morning. Too choppy. Looking for a long New York session.

We are looking at targeting ASR highs and then a dive lower to untapped 4-hour Liquidity.
Obviously, I'll wait to see a reaction at the ASR high. Alerts are set.

Trade set up considerations for next week... I'm waiting for the open to see how it behaves.
Short on EURUSD & GBPUSD
I got hammered last week through stubbornness, lack of experience, and unusual behaviour in the markets.
Normally both currency pairs respect 4-hour major points of liquidity, but, because of the global shifts they both just melted through all points.
So now I will follow that trend down into the scary deep 'unchartered' territory. We are about to enter areas that haven't been touched for months or years.
Now I just need to find a good entry which is difficult in this market.
There is a point of imbalance (fair value gap) above which is where I have penciled in an entry with a stop loss above the previous high and a take profit at the next 4-hour major point of liquidity.
Both are coming in at around 6RR (risk-reward)
