Sleep Out is back! Delighted to be working with our Hays UKcharity partner End Youth Homelessness and hope that some of you will consider giving up your bed for just one night and helping on the mission to .
Before the pandemic, 121,000 young people, aged between 16-25 years asked for help with homelessness in the UK and we only expect that number to get worse.
Rising youth unemployment, strained family relationships and domestic violence made worse due to the lockdowns, an increase in young people calling for help with their mental health the most vulnerable young people really are facing a crisis. But there is hope.
With the right opportunities and support, homeless young people can turn their lives around and build successful futures. They just need a little help, the kind of help that End Youth Homelessness Member Charities provide. That's why on 12th November myself and many other Hays colleagues will be giving up our beds to raise the money and awareness needed to transform their lives.
For more information on Sleep Out and how you or your organisation can get involved, or to sign up please visit the link below, or do contact me and I will be happy to help put you in touch with the EYH team: https://lnkd.in/de4kpMuq
