I love this quote ..the world and life is full of knocks and each day we are bombarded with images on tv and the media that are frightening, disturbing and upsetting. It is hard to know how we can make the world a better place when we are a small fish in such a big sea. Small steps everyday make big steps and a smile can change someone's day in a second. Standing at the gym today I realised that very few people interact with each other . Even when there is a common aim which in this case being fitness, people zone into their own world and technology. We all need space and time for ourselves, but a little smile and a hello can go a long way. If someone wants to then engage in conversation they will and who knows where it may lead. Don't let the world of millennials be the only world. Make someone smile
