Important reminder: If you are both a director and a person with significant control (PSC) of the same company, you must provide your personal code separately for each role.

❌ Your identity verification journey won’t be complete until this is done.

PSC deadlines are different from director deadlines. If you’re a PSC, you must provide your personal code within your allocated 14-day period. It cannot be provided earlier.

⏰ Reminder: File Your Self Assessment Tax Return!

The deadline for online submissions is 31 January 2026. Don’t leave it until the last minute — avoid penalties and interest by filing early.

👉 You need to submit a Self Assessment if you:
• Are self-employed or a sole trader earning more than £1,000
• Are a partner in a business partnership
• Have income from savings, investments, property, or dividends above certain allowances
• Earn over £100,000 a year
• Or if HMRC has specifically told you to complete one
