We love these CEO secrets. One of the areas we love helping businesses whether charities or small businesses is helping them realise that their finance function doesn't have to take up all of their energies and time. We recently have been helping charities convert from old, difficult, painful systems to modern automated ones like Xero. This is all about growing up and not treating your business like your baby.
