We’re looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join us at Apleona in Leeds (LS27 0RY).

You’ll help “process the monthly payroll, ensuring calculations and deductions have been processed correctly and promptly”, support employees with payroll queries, manage pensions, and work closely with HR and Finance.

What you’ll need
- CIPP or BA (Hons)
- End‑to‑end payroll experience
- Strong HR/payroll systems knowledge
- Great Excel skills (vlookups & pivots)

What you’ll get
- Up to £33,000
- 22 days holiday + BH

Apleona has acquired Corrigenda, a technical facility management company based in Fareham in southern England. This is Apleona's third UK acquisition since 2022 and further strengthens its position as a leading provider of integrated facility management and technical services.
