Pearl Financial
Advisory accounting for ambitious UK businesses. We help you decide what happens next.
Hi everyone I'm a new accounting professional looking to build my portfolio.
Offering free accounting and bookkeeping services to 3β5 small business owners.
I can help with bank reconciliations, expense tracking, catching up on messy books, and basic financial reports.
No catch just looking for a testimonial and some real world experience
**Free. Everything. No catch.**
Hi all π
I'm an accountant based in Lancashire and I'm looking to take on a handful of businesses. Rather than talk about what I do, I'd rather just show you.
All free no contract and no obligation to carry on
**The boring bits, sorted:**
β
Bookkeeping & reconciliations
β
VAT returns
β
Payroll
β
Year-end accounts & self assessment
**And the bit that actually helps you:**
β
12-month cash flow forecast so you can see what's coming
β
Monthly figures you can actually do something with
β
Where you're making money β and where you're quietly losing it
β
Big decisions modelled first (taking someone on, putting prices up, buying a van)
Most accountants tell you what happened last year. I'd rather help you work out what happens next.
Sole traders, limited companies, trades, dental practices β all welcome. Happy to have a chat with no pressure either way.

Free. Everything. No catch.
I'm taking on a handful of businesses and I'd rather show you what I do than tell you.
Compliance, handled: β
Bookkeeping & reconciliations β
VAT returns β
Payroll β
Year-end accounts & self assessment
Advisory β where the real value is: β
12-month rolling cash flow forecast β
Monthly management accounts you can actually act on β
Profitability analysis β where you're making money and where you're not β
Decisions modelled before you commit (hiring, pricing, big spend)
Most accountants tell you what happened. I help you decide what happens next.

Your practice is probably owed Β£15,000+ right now. And nobody's chasing it. π
Most independent dental, medical and allied health practices have thousands sitting in unpaid insurer claims, uncollected patient balances, and supplier invoices nobody's tracking.
We're giving a few practices a FREE week of accounts receivable & payable review. We'll:
β
Review outstanding insurer & self-pay balances (BUPA, AXA, Vitality, WPA, Denplan, NHS UDA)
β
Find rejected, underpaid, or never-chased claims
β
Flag duplicate, late or missed supplier payments
β
Hand you a written report β what's recoverable, what's leaking
In practices we've reviewed, this surfaces Β£8,000βΒ£35,000 the practice had basically given up on.
For independent practices and practice managers tired of finance admin eating their week.
Quick test: can you say in 30 seconds what the insurers currently owe you? If not β message us.
Unpopular opinion: most small business owners are overpaying tax
and don't even know it. πΈ
After looking at dozens of sets of books, the same things come up
again and again:
β Expenses never claimed (your phone, your home office, your
mileage, that course you did)
β The wrong salary/dividend split
β VAT schemes that don't suit the business
β A "year-end only" accountant who files the return and disappears
None of it gets fixed because nobody's actually looking.
Question for the business owners and landlords here π
What's the ONE money/tax/bookkeeping thing you've never fully
understood but always wondered about?
Drop it below β I'll answer every single one, properly, for free.
No DMs, no pitch. Just useful answers.

π¨ **ATTENTION UK LANDLORDS & SOLE TRADERS** π¨
864,000 of you are now legally required to submit quarterly tax updates to HMRC under the new Making Tax Digital (MTD) rules.
Here is exactly when the changes hit, based on your total property and self-employment income:
π
**From April 2026:** Β£50,000+
π
**From April 2027:** Β£30,000+
π
**From April 2028:** Β£20,000+
Most landlords we speak to are still using a spreadsheet or a shoebox full of receipts. π¦βοΈ
**That stops working from this April.**
Here is what the new quarterly submissions mean for you:
β
You must use MTD-compatible software
β
Strict digital record-keeping is mandatory
β
You must make 4 submissions per year + a final declaration
β You will face penalties if you miss the new deadlines
**The good news:** With the right setup, this transition is entirely straightforward.
**The bad news:** Most generic accountants are still figuring it out themselves.
If you own rental property or are self-employed and want to know exactly how this affects youβdrop a comment below π or send us a DM! π© We'll tell you straight.
