We're looking for a brilliant Admin Assistant to join the Balance & Bliss team on a part-time employed basis - 5 hours every Monday, predominantly remote.
Balance & Bliss Accounting supports businesses in the beauty, health and wellbeing industry with specialist accounting and financial guidance. We're a small, friendly team and we're growing - so we need someone to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This isn't a bookkeeping or accounting role. It's all about organisation, communication, and making sure our clients feel looked after.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:
→ Managing our inbox and client communications
→ Chasing clients for information (politely, but persistently!)
→ Supporting client onboarding
→ Scheduling social media content
→ Creating social media posts using Canva (we have templates)
→ Keeping our files, folders and CRM organised
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:
→ £15/hour
→ 5 hours per week, every Monday
→ Mostly remote - with a monthly catch-up in central Milton Keynes
→ A warm, supportive team to work with
