Ethio Telecom's first-round equity Offering goes public as of October 16, 2024 (midnight). The proceeds will go to Ethiopian Investment Holdings, the major Shareholder and the investment arm of the Government.
The timeline for a follow-on Offering is yet to be public.

በኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንክ መመሪያ ቁጥር FXD/01/2024 መሰረት የሚፈጸም የጉምሩክ ቀረጥና ታክስ አተገባበር፤
የብሔራዊ ባንክ መመሪያ ከወጣበት ከሐምሌ 22 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም በፊት ሰነዶች የተመዝገቡላቸው ነገር ግን የጉምሩክ ስነ-ሥርዓት አጠናቀው መልቀቂያ ላልተሰጣቸው ዕቃዎች ለነጻ ዝውውር በሚለቀቁበት ቀን ባንኩ በሚያሳውቀው የምንዛሪ ተመን መሰረት የቀረጥና ታክስ ማስተካከያ ይደረግባቸዋል። ከመመሪያው በፊት በነበረው የምንዛሪ ተመን መሰረት ተስተናግደው ሐምሌ 22 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም የተለቀቁ ዕቃዎችም ባንኩ ሐምሌ 22 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም ባወጣው የምንዛሪ ተመን መሰረት ተሰልቶ ቀሪ ቀረጥና ታክስ ይሰበሰብባቸዋል።
ከሐምሌ 22 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ የተመዘገቡ ሰነዶች ብሔራዊ ባንክ በየዕለቱ በሚያወጣው የምንዛሪ ተመን መሰረት ይስተናገዳሉ።
