Say what? Prototype..

“Do I really need a tune?”
One pull on this RXP-X 300 answered that question real quick. 😅💨

This ski came in stock.
It left with an APEX Stage 1 8350RPM tune and a completely different personality.

The throttle response is sharper, the ski carries power harder through the top end, and the limiter finally stops cutting the fun short.

Factory settings are built for everyone.
This setup is built for people who actually ride.

✔ 8350RPM APEX Tune
✔ More aggressive acceleration
✔ Stronger top-end pull
✔ Smoother power delivery
✔ Reliable performance gains

It’s the kind of upgrade that ruins stock skis forever.

Properly flashed and setup at TorontoPWC.

One loose dock line… and an entire WaveRunner destroyed overnight. 😬🌊

This customer’s WaveRunner broke free from the dock during the night and spent hours smashing into the shoreline. By the time it was recovered, the damage was catastrophic.

Broken fiberglass.
Structural damage.
Destroyed components.
At a certain point, repairing it just doesn’t make financial sense.

As hard as it is to hear, sometimes the smartest move is knowing when to cut your losses and move on instead of dumping money into a complete write-off.

And here’s the part that hurts the most…
The customer had insurance for the last 4 years—but didn’t renew it THIS season.

Then this happened.

This is your reminder that insurance isn’t a waste of money until the day you actually need it.

Huge shoutout to MD Marine Insurance—because situations like this are EXACTLY why coverage matters.

At TorontoPWC, we’ll always be honest with customers about whether a repair is worth doing or not.

8800RPM. 😈💨

This Kawasaki 310LX just got a Stage 2 Maptun ECU tune.

More RPM.
More boost.
More speed.
Same ski… completely different attitude.

Factory tuning leaves a LOT on the table—and once you ride a properly tuned ski, stock feels painfully boring.

✔ Stage 2 Maptun Tune
✔ 8800RPM limiter
✔ Harder acceleration
✔ Increased top speed
✔ Smoother, more aggressive power delivery

This isn’t one of those “maybe I feel a difference” upgrades.
You KNOW immediately.

Tuned properly at TorontoPWC.

More fuel = more fun. ⛽😎

This Sea-Doo Spark got upgraded with a larger 60L fuel tank, because cutting the ride short to refuel is getting old.

More range.
More riding.
More “one last lap” that turns into another hour on the water.

Perfect for:
✔ Long-distance rides
✔ Cottage weekends
✔ Group rides where everyone else keeps stopping for gas
✔ Riders who believe fuel gauges are just a suggestion 😅

The Spark is already one of the most fun skis on the water—but extra fuel capacity completely changes the experience when you’re actually putting serious hours on it.

Installed properly and fitted cleanly by TorontoPWC.

Yes we have a forklift, but this is so much easier.

BEFORE:
Scraped. Damaged hull. 😬

AFTER:
Like it never happened. 💥

This Sea-Doo 325 came in needing serious fiberglass and cosmetic repair—and left with a proper structural repair, clean body lines, and full color match finished the RIGHT way.

No shortcuts.
No “close enough” paint work.
No hack repairs hiding under shiny gel coat.

✔ Structural fiberglass repair
✔ Proper prep & reinforcement
✔ OEM-quality color matching
✔ Sanded, finished & polished correctly

The goal isn’t just to fix it.
The goal is to make people question where the damage even was.

At TorontoPWC, we take pride in repairs that actually LAST and LOOK right.

Results of the Jetski Cover blowing in the breeze

This jet ski cover got sucked into the axle like it owed the trailer money… absolutely annihilated somewhere between “it’ll be fine” and the next red light.

At this point it’s less of a cover and more of a modern art installation wrapped around the hub.

Friendly reminder:
✔ Secure your covers properly
✔ Double check straps before towing
✔ Trailer tires are NOT forgiving

Honestly impressive how fast physics can humble someone.

Fiberglass repair tip:
Resin alone is NOT reinforcement. 👀

This hull came in after a previous “repair” where someone thought pouring resin on the inside was enough to strengthen the damage.

It’s not.

Resin without proper fiberglass mat/cloth reinforcement is basically just adding a hard layer with very little structural strength. It might look repaired for a little while… until the hull flexes, stress builds, and the cracks come right back.

A proper hull repair requires:
✔ Correct grinding & prep work
✔ Fiberglass mat/cloth layering
✔ Proper resin saturation
✔ Structural reinforcement
✔ Correct curing & finishing techniques

Especially on a Sea-Doo hull where vibration, flex, and water impact are constant.

Shortcuts in fiberglass work always show up later—and usually worse than before.

At TorontoPWC, we repair hulls the RIGHT way from the inside out so customers aren’t paying twice for the same damage.

A bad fiberglass repair is usually cheaper… until you pay to do it twice. 👀

This Sea-Doo came in after a previous pump tunnel repair failed—and honestly, it wasn’t hard to see why.

❌ Improper fiberglass techniques
❌ Weak structural repair
❌ Cracked again under stress
❌ Zero color matching attempt
❌ Entire repair painted black… on a GREEN Sea-Doo 😅

The pump tunnel is one of the highest stress areas on a PWC. If it’s not repaired properly from the inside out—with the correct prep, reinforcement, resin work, and finishing—it WILL crack again.

Fiberglass work isn’t just about making it “look fixed.”
It needs to be structurally sound AND visually correct.

That means:
✔ Proper reinforcement
✔ Correct repair materials
✔ Clean finishing work
✔ Actual color matching—not spray bombing it black and hoping for the best

At TorontoPWC, we take the extra time to repair these the RIGHT way because shortcuts always come back later.
