Business Administrator / Bookkeeper (Bilingual)

The Point Tax & Accounting Inc. is growing, and we're looking for an amazing new team member to join us!

We're searching for someone who is:
✅ Fluent in English & French
✅ Organized and detail-oriented
✅ Experienced in bookkeeping
✅ Friendly, professional, and enjoys working with people
✅ Excited to be part of a growing local business

This role is the perfect mix of bookkeeping and business administration, with responsibilities including:
• Bookkeeping for a variety of clients
• Client communication
• Administrative support
• Organizing electronic files and helping us continue our transition to a paperless office

📢 IMPORTANT CRA UPDATE

CRA no longer allows accountants to obtain online authorization through tax software.

👉 If we’ve never prepared your return before, we cannot access your CRA account until YOU set up CRA My Account.

Your taxes can still be done without this, but we won’t be able to see:
• Missing slips
• Balances owing
• Uncashed CRA cheques
• RRSP / TFSA limits

🚨 CRA is also moving toward eliminating paper mail, making CRA My Account essential.
