2026 has begun on a very fast pace. Can’t believe January is done!

Last year, my practice continued to grow and I welcomed wonderful new families. With that growth, I formally branded as Najia Crawford Private Wealth Management. A name that reflects both scale and intention.

Despite this growth, my commitment remains unchanged: a boutique experience where every client works directly with me and receives the time, discretion, and thoughtful attention they deserve.

I am deeply grateful for the trust my clients place in me. It’s something I never take for granted.

So looking forward to the year ahead and to continuing this work with purpose, clarity, and care.

L’an dernier, mon cabinet a poursuivi sa croissance et j’ai eu le plaisir d’accueillir de nombreuses nouvelles familles. Avec cette évolution, j’ai officiellement adopté la marque Najia Crawford Gestion Privée de Patrimoine. Un nom qui reflète à la fois l’envergure et l’intention.

Malgré cette croissance, mon engagement reste inchangé : offrir une expérience véritablement boutique, où chaque client travaille directement avec moi et bénéficie du temps, de la discrétion et de l’attention réfléchie qu’il mérite.

I am a volunteer for a wonderful organization, called Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters HIPPY Halton . I had the pleasure of teaching the first module of my financial literacy program to newcomer mothers who would like to learn about the basics of money and how to manage their finances. It is truly fulfilling to use my skills and knowledge and help those in the greatest need, and cannot afford to have a financial advisor.

As most of you know, after a successful career in the corporate/ Investment world, I went into private practice 5 years ago. It was one of my best life decisions.

This week I was invited to the annual RBC Wealth Management/ RBC Dominion Securities conference and I was honoured to receive the president’s club award. I have received this award every year consecutively at RBC.

It was a happy, humbling, and emotional week. It was a culmination of successes and challenges of the last five years. These have not been easy years- but I did it - I succeeded!

I thank my clients, from the bottom of my heart, for trusting me in such an important role. I would not be here without you.

I also could not have done this without the consistent support and encouragement from my amazing husband and our parents. What also got me to this point is the love and passion I have for helping others.

The importance of my role does not escape me. It is my duty to take care of my clients’ hard earned wealth, their retirement, the quality of their life, their children, their parents... It is work that I take very seriously. Being a family‘s financial advisor is so fulfilling and rewarding.

I am very excited about the future, and I am looking forward to many many more years of taking care of my clients.

Today‘s run was for RBC’s Race for the Kids. We are celebrating 10 years of making a difference for youth struggling with mental health and addiction challenges. I am grateful to work for an organization that cares and makes a positive impact on our communities and the world we live in.

For a 3rd year in a row I am humbled to announce that I have received the President’s club award. I am so grateful to my clients, my team, my amazing husband, and our families, - without whom this would not be possible!
