For anyone that knows me, you know that I might be 'slightly' obsessed with Disc Golf. What you might not know is that I serve on the relatively-new Riverview Disc Golf Association board where our goal is to help grow the sport in the area, maintain and steward the wonderful courses, and engage the community. We recently hosted a sold-out Fund Raiser tournament of 40 participants at the new RHS Tricky Trail course - it was windy, chilly, and an absolute blast!

RBC was on-site to feed everyone with burgers and hot dogs that were generously donated by Riverview Atlantic Superstore, and packs for winners, closest to the pin, and hot-rounds were all donated by local business. Huge shout-out to Riverview High School students for volunteering their time to act as "Spotters" for rogue discs that go flying into the woods.

Overall, we were able to raise $2,500 for Riverview High's Dragon Boat team to support Lions Sick Kids, IWK Foundation, and Stan Cassidy - I'm so proud of my community!
