NOTICE - SEPTEMBER 26, 2024

This morning, there was an incident at our office. A prospective client attended to the office. As I was asking for information required for any income tax return, the person became suspicious and rude and then stated that they were going elsewhere. On the way out of the office, I requested that the client not attend to my office again, as I have a policy of not doing business with any person or company that mistreats my clients, employees, any other person, or myself.

I do look forward to doing business with people in this beautiful community. For the most part, people are respectful and decent. My only intent with this notice is to respectfully request that any person attending to our office conduct her or himself in a respectful manner. Otherwise, I will deny service.

Please be advised that information such as your full name, SIN, address, dependent information, and other information is required, so that your return is processed efficiently, and so you get the best possible refund.
