GoFundMe is not a replacement for proper planning and risk prevention...
Death happens, Illness happens, injury happens.
But in all those cases, financial pain can be prevented with simple insurance planning.
Did you know that risk planning is the FIRST step to all financial planning, yet somehow 50% of adults in Canada lack even the simplest of life insurance protection?
Did you know that most people over estimate the cost of insurance by 300%?
The false information about insurance continues to astound me... but yet no one ever complains when they receive money at claim time.
Be informed and protect your family. Yes you CAN afford it.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but Fridays are the perfect day to throw whatever you have in your fridge or pantry into muffin tins and serve them to your kids for dinner.
They will love it, and it never gets old.
Happy weekend, friends. We made it through another week. 🥂

On July 5th 2023, at 440 pm (7 hours after the nurses thought she would go) Penelope, my granny, passed away. I will be in mourning and not taking messages or clients at this time. Thank you.

It’s really really really important that you know this: when buying a house and getting a mortgage, rule of thumb with professionals (and overall MATH) your mortgage should be approximately (4 x yearly income). This equation helps better manage your budget so you don’t end up selling your house in only a few years because you can’t afford it anymore with interest hikes and basic bills. A house is a BIG commitment- it’s really important you remember this equation. If someone try’s to give you a 1.2 Mill mortgage and the yearly house income is only 100k x 4 = 400k.
I’m sorry friend, but that 1.2M is going to get you intro trouble later. 💕
