🕊️ “They gave their tomorrow so we could have our today.”

Today was memorable. I volunteered to join my son's grade 5 class on an educational trip to the Fields of Crosses Memorial. As we approach Remembrance Day, this visit offered a powerful reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of those who gave their lives for the freedoms we enjoy today—and of those who continue to serve. 🇨🇦

Walking through the memorial, each cross represented more than a name—it told a story of bravery, service, and selflessness. Seeing the students engage thoughtfully, ask questions, and show such respect for our veterans was incredibly moving. 🙏

I left feeling both inspired and grateful—for the heroes who came before us, and for the chance to help young people understand the importance of remembrance, empathy, and gratitude. 🌺

Our recent trip to Galaxyland in West Edmonton Mall was nothing short of EPIC! 😍 From the moment we walked into the vibrant, colorful wonderland, the air buzzed with excitement, laughter, and the rush of adventure all around us. 🎡🎠

🚀 The roller coasters had our hearts racing, the teacup rides had us spinning with giggles, and the games… oh, the games! 🎯 We dove into friendly competitions, scored some awesome prizes, and couldn’t stop smiling all day long.
