We’re looking for a SYSTEMS ENGINEER to join our team in Belgium and help shape the systems behind the access control solutions of tomorrow.

🎯 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• Define system architectures and translate customer and product needs into clear technical requirements
• Manage system requirements throughout the product development lifecycle
• Coordinate system integration, verification and validation activities, while continuously improving our systems engineering processes and methodologies
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical consistency and product performance

💡 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
✅ A Master’s degree in Engineering, ideally in Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation or a related field
✅ 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or the development of complex multidisciplinary products
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
✅ Fluent in English and French, with a good command of Systems Engineering methodologies
