Yes...at last Mission Accomplished!!!

​Today marked the very last Loan Management System (LMS) training session. We wrapped things up with our wonderful team members from the outskirt regions(Dhaka).

Total 139 branches, 350+ participants, 9 sessions and many more discussions.

​A huge thank you to everyone who participated and made this rollout a success. It’s great to see the enthusiasm for learning new tools, no matter the location.

Special thanks to NCC Bank PLC management, ICT Division, Retail Banking CAD and CRM-Retail Division for their relentless support and guidance. 🤝

It’s been a great journey rolling out this training, and we are proud to see the team fully equipped to use the new system. On to the next challenge!
