মধুমতি ব্যাংক পিএলসি. এবং আরএসএ অ্যাডভাইজরি লিমিটেড এর মধ্যে একটি চুক্তি রবিবার, ২২ ফেব্রুয়ারি, ২০২৬ তারিখে ব্যাংকের গুলশানস্থ প্রধান কার্যালয়ে স্বাক্ষরিত হয়েছে। মধুমতি ব্যাংকের ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক ও প্রধান নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা জনাব মোঃ সফিউল আজম এবং আরএসএ অ্যাডভাইজরি লিমিটেড এর চেয়ারম্যান এবং সাবেক ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক ও প্রধান নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা (সিটি ব্যাংক ও ইস্টার্ন ব্যাংক) জনাব কে মাহমুদ সাত্তার স্ব-স্ব প্রতিষ্ঠানের পক্ষে উক্ত চুক্তিতে স্বাক্ষর করেন। চুক্তি স্বাক্ষর অনুষ্ঠানে মধুমতি ব্যাংকের অতিরিক্ত ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক জনাব শাহনেওয়াজ চৌধুরী, উপ-ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক ও চিফ বিজনেস অফিসার জনাব আরব ফজলুর রহমান এবং আরএসএ অ্যাডভাইজরি লিমিটেড এর সিনিয়র কনসালটেন্ট ও ব্র্যাক ব্যাংকের সাবেক ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক জনাব সেলিম আরএফ হোসেন উপস্থিত ছিলেন। এছাড়াও উভয় প্রতিষ্ঠানের ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তাবৃন্দ এসময় উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
এই চুক্তির আওতায়, আরএসএ অ্যাডভাইজরি লিমিটেড মধুমতি ব্যাংকের সামগ্রিক কার্যক্রমকে কেন্দ্রীকরনে এবং কুটির, ক্ষুদ্র, ছোট ও মাঝারি শিল্প ভিত্তিক ব্যবসার বহুমুখীকরণে কৌশলগত অংশীদার হিসেবে কাজ করবে। এর ফলে সিএমএসএমই উদ্যোক্তাদের জন্য আরও সহজলভ্য ও আধুনিক ব্যাংকিং সেবা নিশ্চিত করা সম্ভব হবে এবং একইসাথে ব্যাংকের সামগ্রিক কার্যক্রমের দক্ষতা ও প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক সক্ষমতা আরও শক্তিশালী হবে বলে প্রত্যাশা করা হচ্ছে।

RSA Advisory Limited has signed a Strategic Business Advisory Agreement with Modhumoti Bank PLC. on Sunday, 22 February 2026 at the Bank’s Head Office in Gulshan, Dhaka.

Under this engagement, RSA Advisory Limited will support the centralization of banking operations and strategic business diversification toward the CMSME segment. The initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen institutional capacity, and enable sustainable growth.
