FUN FACT TIME!

Hayley has worn many hats in her career to date. Starting out as a retail manager, then moving intro real estate, recruitment, building + construction, interior designer, online business and now business coach. If she had her time again, she tells us she would have done an apprenticeship in carpentry or studied building design + drafting.

Imagine you have a cookie jar. When you promise to give a cookie to a friend, even if you haven't physically handed it over yet, you count it as if one cookie is already gone from your jar. This is because you've made a commitment to give it away, and it's no longer truly yours.

Similarly, if a friend promises you a cookie, you think of it as if you already have that extra cookie in your jar. Even though it hasn't physically arrived yet, you count it as yours because your friend has committed to giving it to you.

This simple analogy helps us understand how many cookies we have and how many we owe, even if they haven't physically moved yet. It's an easy way to keep track of our promises and commitments!
