No, I'm not going to tell you to stop buying coffee. ☕😂

Your $6 latte isn't single-handedly destroying your retirement.

If you love travel, golf, good food or ridiculously expensive coffee…

let's build a plan that makes room for it.

Financial planning shouldn't make your life smaller.

It should make saying YES a little easier.

WHY DO I PAY SO MUCH TAX 🤬

Earning more is great… until you see how much disappears in tax. 😅

But paying less tax doesn’t mean doing anything dodgy.

There are completely legitimate strategies that can help you structure your affairs more tax-effectively.

The trick is knowing which ones actually make sense for your situation.

Could you spend $15,000 on a holiday without needing a lie-down afterwards? 😂

For many high-income professionals, the issue isn't whether they can afford it.

It's whether they know they can.

That's where a good financial plan earns its keep.

Because confidence is a pretty good return on investment.

And a European holiday isn't a bad dividend either. ✈️🍝

Waiting for the perfect time to travel? Good luck with that. 😂

Work won't suddenly become quiet.

The kids won't magically become easier.

And life doesn't send you an email saying:

“Congratulations. Your window of opportunity has arrived.”

Plan properly.

Then go.

Because your knees might have their own retirement strategy. 😂✈️

How much super should you actually have at your age?

It’s one of those numbers most people have absolutely no idea about.

And “I’ll probably have enough” isn’t much of a retirement strategy.

Knowing where you are today is the first step to knowing whether you’re on track.

🚨 RBA rate decision coming up… so what does it mean for you?

Rates go up, down or stay the same — but the bigger question is what should you do next?

Your mortgage, cash flow, investments and financial goals can all be affected.

That’s why it’s worth having a quick chat with your mortgage broker AND financial planner before making any big moves.

Don’t just react to the headline. Make a plan.

📲 Have questions about what a rate change could mean for you? Let’s talk.

“I don’t have time to see a financial planner.”

That’s probably the exact reason you should.

You’re busy earning, running a business, managing a career, raising a family and trying to have a life.

Your finances shouldn’t become another full-time job.

A good financial planner should save you time, simplify the decisions and keep you moving in the right direction.

**You don't have a spending problem. You might have a “should we really be doing this?” problem. 😂**

If every holiday, renovation or new car comes with a side serving of financial guilt, it might be time for a plan.

The goal isn't to stop spending.

It's knowing **what you can spend without wrecking your future.**

Because “Can we afford this?” is a much easier question when you already know the answer.

Got extra cash sitting in the bank? 👀
Don’t automatically throw it at the mortgage.

Mortgage, super or investments?

The “right” answer depends on your goals, tax position, interest rate and how much access you want to the money.

The biggest mistake? Making the decision on just one of those factors.

Believe it or not, you can be TOO good at saving. 😂

I had clients whose offset account was getting more holidays than they were.

They weren't behind.

They were actually way ahead.

So we asked:

“If not now… when?”

They booked the trip.

And apparently spent the first three days waiting for the guilt to arrive.

It never did.

Because they knew their future was still on track.

Sometimes the best financial plan tells you when it's okay to stop saving and start living.
