Reminder: STP Finalisation is due by 14 July.
If you have employees, now is the time to review your payroll records and make sure everything is accurate before finalising your STP reporting for the financial year.
Once finalised, your employees will be able to view their income statements as “tax ready” in myGov and complete their tax returns.
Before submitting, make sure:
• Payroll records are up to date
• Employee details are correct
• Wages and PAYG withholding match your reports
• Super information has been reviewed
EOFY can feel overwhelming when everything piles up, but staying organised now can make the process much smoother.

Consistent bookkeeping is one of the simplest things you can do to protect your business.
Regularly updating your books helps you keep track of your cash flow, stay prepared for BAS and tax deadlines, and avoid last-minute stress. It also gives you a clearer picture of how your business is actually performing, so you can make more confident decisions.
The longer bookkeeping is left, the harder it becomes to catch up. That’s where mistakes, missed deductions, and unnecessary pressure can creep in.
Be honest. Where are you at right now?
