A dream cake for a dream customer 🫶🏻 This was a decaf coffee 4 layered cake, filled with dark chocolate ganache & wrapped in vanilla swiss meringue buttercream 🥰

Imagine this but with extra disco balls (I didn’t put them on until I was at work) 😆

So beyond blessed to make the cake for Fenwick Collective’s 4th birthday 🫶🏻 We’re all a bunch of foodies so with full creative freedom this became a raspberry vanilla sponge, filled with layers of jam, pistachio spread & a whipped white chocolate ganache 🥰

It’s all about the little details 🎁 I just LOVE a classic vintage cake with alllllll of the extras

I felt so blessed to be asked to be a part of this special day, especially when it was to make this huge slab of my FAVOURITE dessert 🥰

Im a little bit gutted the lighting wouldn’t cooperate with me this morning because this is definitely up there as being 1 of my favourite cakes I’ve ever made ♥️🤌🏼

The Diet Coke cake for the Diet Coke Queen is an 8 inch vanilla heart filled with the THICCEST layers of chocolate ganache and a healthy layer of caramel sauce all wrapped in a vanilla swiss meringue buttercream
