Cashflow has been a big theme in my conversations lately. Many families are feeling stretched, and more often than not, it comes down to one thing.... no budget.

🔷 What personal insurances they need in place as a safety net

🛑Stop 2: Oakleigh
Sat down with a couple in their late 50s who are gearing up for retirement. We worked through:
🔷How they can make work optional as early as next year
🔷 How proposed capital gains changes may influence their investment property strategy
🔷 How a few small tweaks to their super could save them over $3,000 in fees

Love being out on the road, seeing families in their homes and helping one Aussie family at a time!

There's lots of mixed feelings around Australia about the budget released last night..

If you're feeling a little uneasy, remember:

🔹There is very little we can do to change these decisions; it's now in the hands of the Government.

I headed out to Bulleen today to present a plan to a couple in their early 50s who are thinking about buying their DREAM home.

We helped give them confidence:

🔷That they can confidently purchase their dream family home within the next 6 months 🏡
🔷That they have the option to keep their current home as an investment property 💡
🔷That they’re on track to fully retire by age 60 😎
🔷That they can gift their children $45,000 each in 10 years’ time 💰
