Beware Annual Company Registration Scam!!! A business called "Registration" has been sending out false Annual Review letters to registered Companies. This notice is a scam.

We manage our clients' Companies with ASIC, and we notify you of your obligations as Directors of your Companies.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Megan Kis as a Director of Eastwoods Advisory Pty Ltd from 1st July. She joins Kenton & Sam as Directors of the Practice. Megan has been with Eastwoods for over 12 months, and has over 20 years experience in Public Practice. Kenton, Sam and the staff at Eastwoods are all looking forward to a great future together.
