Indeed true be it small or big business enterprise bookkeepers are ESSENTIALS and a MUST HAVE of the business as a chart of accounts is to the general ledger.

To be efficient as a bookkeeper requires time management and organizing tasks. Do the basics to the complex task as to its urgency and relevance.

Bookkeepers and Accountants Teamwork in a business...

Bookkeepers are overseers of business financial transactions and data compliance. As bookkeepers, we provide primary services to a company such as:
· We Record financial transactions – these are the company’s sales and purchases
· We Post debits and credits -bookkeepers will apply debits and credits to account balances in addition to recording transactions to correct accounts.
· We Produce invoices – prepares invoice and sent them to clients and requests payment on behalf of the company
· We Prepare financial statements – the compiled data will create various financial statements for the accountant to review.
· We Maintain and balance subsidiaries, general ledgers, and historical account information – bookkeepers sometimes also handle data of subsidiaries in which your company owns and maintain historical data and update as the need arises
· We Complete payroll – some bookkeepers take on HR duties in payroll, employee paychecks, and tax form processing.

Bookkeepers are as important as accountants- these two comes hand in hand in operating the business books and maintaining the sound financial aspect of the business. The bridge in the business, the bookkeeper on the other end, and the accountant on the other end.

Teamwork divides the tasks and multiplies the Success that is why success is best when it is shared. It is a strategic decision.
